SXSW is known for all the craziness and loudness that happens throughout the entire week, but what happens when you want a break from it all? The best part about SXSW is that it offers every person something to love. Being a part of the SXTXState team is not only amazing and rewarding, but it can be overwhelming and sometimes stressful.

The e.l.f. Beauty Break event helped clear my stress and relax my mind this morning by giving me a free makeover, along with some insight on some of their beauty products.

I was able to find out what their purpose was in coming to SXSW and how long we can expect to be pampered by their cosmetic team.

Along with the pampering came some technology that all tied in with beauty. I tried out YouCam’s Augmented Reality Beauty app and got an inside scoop on what it does and how to use it.
