A few days ago, a last-minute show with some of my favourite musicians was announced. Being the fan that I am, and also someone who wants to get into the music industry, I decided I needed to interview them.

I tweeted at them on Tuesday night to no avail. Then on Wednesday, they were ushered onto and away from the stage as quickly as could be, therefore, no interview.

Luckily for me, they had informal Q&As during their set. Andy Hull (left) had responded to a question earlier about their song “42” by saying it wasn’t the most romantic songwriting story. I decided to ask what WAS the most romantic… and was answered with a brand new, unreleased song off their forthcoming album.
