Twitter Introduces New Way to Save Tweets
No longer do Twitter users have to favorite a tweet save and read it later. This week, Twitter announced their latest feature, the “Bookmark.” Users sometimes felt uncomfortable favoriting something just to save it, since they may not actually “like” the content. Another problem that users faced was that favorites are public and are visible to their followers, and sometimes show in Twitter launches Bookmarks, a private way to save tweets.

Apple Is No Longer Just Tackling Tech
Apple continues to impress and grow as they will soon start hiring doctors and other medical staff for their own, in house medical clinics, AC Wellness. While the website is still a work-in-progress, it is clear that it is partnered with Apple. When you first go to the website, it says that is a “medical practice” dedicated to the “Apple employee nation.” Amazon, JPMorgan and Berkshire have joined forces to bring healthcare to all their U.S. employees.

Netflix Increases Original Content
Netflix continues to grow its original content and at a relatively fast pace. According to David Wells, Netflix CEO, the company wants to have roughly 700 original movies and tv shows in 2018. Wells also said that the original content being created is helping bring in new subscribers. Aside from original content, Netflix also has 80 international productions set for this year.

Amazon Will Now Snap Delivery Confirmation Photos of Your Front Porch
Have you recently gotten a photo of a package on your front porch? It was probably from your Amazon delivery person. USA Today reported on Wednesday this week that the company has recently implemented this feature of their delivery service. Amazon has been working to add this final logistics component to better inform customers and help mitigate issues that may occur. The feature has been available for the past six months and will continue to roll out across the country.

Walmart and Dick’s Sporting Goods Increase Minimum Age for Gun Buyers
On Wednesday, The New York Times reported that both large retailers Walmart and Dick’s Sporting Goods will make changes affecting the polarizing gun control debate. Both retailers would now require that consumers must be 21-years of age in order to purchase a gun, and they have also stop selling assault-style rifles entirely.

Spotify Files to Go Public on the New York Stock Exchange
Spotify, a music streaming service, will go public on the New York Stock Exchange, according to the New York Times yesterday. This change demonstrates the slow development of the streaming market of the music industry which has been struggling since Napster’s revolution. The company is valued at $23 Billion.
