When you think of barbecue, you tend to think of Texas. Many Texans want to spread their knowledge of the bbq and Texas A&M did just that.
The panel was just about how great the bbq is here, there were informational demonstrations. Three professors from A&M, called the Briskateers, gave the audience a run down of various aspects to think of when it comes to perfecting BBQ. The group even brought different cuts of meat to show the audience. Then, the audience was invited across the hall to try some of the amazing bbq.
