Wow! It seems as though this would have been a great panel to go to. Daniel Tosh as a web designer, sign me up! But seriously there were some really great points that I saw, especially about the social media stuff. I think people have been told how much you need to engage, that they’re like he says throwing stuff up there and begging for more likes. Cat videos are cute, but they’re not going to make someone feel more connected to your company.
