Today at SXSW 2010, Scott Thomas interviewed Burnie Burns, creator of Red vs. Blue, and founder of Rooster Teeth Productions. We caught him in his Austin office this afternoon and talked about his newest projects, machinima, gaming, and the interactive gaming industry.

Sorry, video is still processing. I turned it into a draft until it actually works. It says it’s been viewed 5 times, but it suddenly stopped working.

I got the video to work…guess you all just aren’t as tech savvy as myself! Just kidding, but I did like the video pretty informative. The comment Burnie made about the competition being noise was something that I appreciated, because there are tons of these videos that get made to try and copy the success of these shorts, but the majority are trash and not nearly as creative. Love the red vs. blue glad to see someone make money off of something this funny and featuring one of my favorite games.
