An Interview with Paul Qui about South Bites

image SXSW can easily drain your energy. The best place to refuel is a little area called South Bites, a food trailer park located at Driskill St and Rainey St. The park features 15 trucks featuring a wide variety of food. Trucks from several out of town locations were invited by Top Chef winner, Paul Qui to park and feed not only SXSW badge holders but also the general public.

  1. This is awesome! I had no idea there was a food trailer “food court” at SXSW, but it makes so much sense! Your video was a nice insight into what SXSWers do when they are not at panels. I love that this conference has something for everyone, even when it comes to food trailers!
