  1. I like this panel because i do find Kristin Russo’s and Dannielle Owens-Reid’s work to be one that is necessary for today’s digital era. I feel that many people are still unaware of cyber bullying and the harm it can do to young people. It’s good they discussed the fact that anonymous methods of communication can contribute to bullying. I do agree that some restrictions and monitoring should be implemented by social media channels. Maybe this can lessen the negative impacts that can be caused by cyber bullying to young adults.

  2. I feel like in today’s modern technology world many youth and young adults find themselves being cyber-bullied and feel as if there is no escaping. Due to the anonymity it does make this harder to prevent/control. I’ve noticed in the past couple of years that TV programing is starting to touch on this subject and the effects as well. I feel like the more awareness that can be created about cyber bullying and the more people can learn about it and get involved will ultimately help lessen this problem.

  3. I’m very glad to see that their was a panel on this important topic. It is hard to imagine what young adults go through when it comes to cyberbulling since a lot of their communication is online. I like that they gave tips about what you can do if you noticing this happen and that they are trying to develop an app for students who are being bullied to use to get help.
